Fantastic stay. Quiet place but close to many places to see and do adventure sports for the most athletes. Pepe and Eva are very friendly and helpful, and the place is a wonder. Surely we will repeat for another time.

The apartment is very well located. It has a very cool decoration with many details throughout the house of fish and photos of the sea and the area of Ribadesella very beautiful made by Javier. It has all kinds of amenities to make you feel at home, we were very comfortable. Javier was very kind and quick to respond, giving us the relevant explanations at home. He also has a notebook where everything related to the apartment is very well detailed, such as lights, controls, etc. If we return to Ribadesella, we will stay with them. Thanks to Javier and Marta

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and bright. It had all the amenities that are advertised. Blanca was very helpful and kind to us, as well as the house, she offered us a list of things to do in San Vicente. We will definitely be back!! 😊

The accommodation was great, better than described in the ad, the area is quiet to be able to walk the dog, the house had everything you need for a week, it has a good location, Paola is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. As the only recommendation, change the beds in the double room, the rest is perfect and the garden is very nice to rest and enjoy.

There are few places that I have liked as much as Nacho's. I love the location, the house and Nacho's super personal attention. We will not hesitate for a second to return, as we had a wonderful time and want to repeat.

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! Alojamiento peefecto para 2 familias con niños como noi. The house was not missing anything... very compact. Comfortable beds and everything is very clean. Luis on the lookout for everything. Very quiet area for walking and close to good restaurants nearby.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Our stay at Maria Dolores' went very well: the accommodation is extremely clean and the beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is very nice with 2 small children. The big advantage: Maria Dolores is extremely kind and welcoming. Very proactive, and at the same time respectful of our privacy (because she lives in the apartment above). Communication ++, I recommend it! Once again, thank you for everything.

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, since we worked from home, was that the workplace was only at the kitchen table. But in general, the price-quality ratio is excellent, we were very pleased with our choice.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!

delightful apartment a couple of kilometers from the city center. Recommended for those traveling by car. I appreciated the quiet area and ease of parking. The use of the kitchen was also optimal and the living room was very nice. i had a great time
