Newly renovated mini penthouse, carefully furnished and equipped with an exclusive private terrace of 24 square meters. The center of Oristano is just 350 meters away. It'll take a five-minute walk to all the amenities you need such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. In 20-25 minutes by car (or bus) you will reach the famous and beaches of Sinis, such as Is Arutas or San Giovanni. The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
