The city of Rouen and its magnificent big clock as well as its cathedral is 25 minutes away.

Dans le salon, il y a un canapé scandinave convertible de 2 personnes, une TV (wifi) table, chaises, une kitchenette équipée d'un four micro-ondes, plaque à induction, réfrigérateur vintage, une cafetière Senseo ( avec dosettes), une bouilloire. La salle de bain est assez spacieuse

The space is suitable for longer stays as well.
