Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

The Loire runs along the canal: located between the two, the seawall takes you to the center of Orleans 6 km away. Wonderful, popular walking site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charming, quiet and a change of scenery characterize this place.
