Le studio est neuf, équipé et aménagé avec soin. Il est situé dans l’une des rues les plus agréables du centre ancien piétons, à proximité des bords de Loire, de tous les commerces et bars/ restaurants, et des multiples sites touristiques à visiter à pied (Cathédrale, Maison Jeanne d’Arc, Hôtel Groslot, Place du Martroi...) Important: Des travaux ont lieu dans la rue comme dans tout le vieux Orleans. Cela ne gêne pas au niveau du bruit par contre la rue est un peu cachée par les bâches!
