A clean, well equipped and soothing cocoon Really great stay in this home located in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for blowing while staying close to Paris. We felt right at home thanks to impeccable cleanliness and ultra complete equipment: towels, bath products, dishes, functional kitchen, washing machine, and even a piano for mop artists — the detail that makes all the difference. The accommodation is well thought out, well maintained, and ideal for a few days. Only small downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle if you have a large vehicle (as was the case for us), so it's better to anticipate or come in a smaller model if possible. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Responsive host, serene atmosphere, and a real sense of comfort. A place that I'd recommend without a second thought, and where I'd be happy to come back.

We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

We stayed 4 nights in the quiet house with two children. The house has everything you need to live. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The train station is about a 20-minute walk. The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. In the morning we only heard the birds chirping. Sebastien is easy to reach and very quick to answer any questions. There is also a friendly assistant, who is always available. During the welcome email, there was an easy-to-understand video for self check-in. We definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back again ourselves.

Clean and well-equipped apartment just lacks a socket in the bedroom next to the bed or at least I didn't find one. A shower curtain would be a plus.

The place was nice and clean. Stephanie was super friendly and always met us halfway. There was even breakfast and drinks! All in all, it was very great and we recommend this accommodation to everyone! We can't wait to see you next time ☺️

This BNB saved me lots of money because of the RER station that’s so close to it. Live the boulangerie lifestyle while I was here because the boulangerie on the ground floor sold really really good bread and pastries.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the listing, it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the transport, in particular the RER A, which greatly facilitates access to all the must-see sites of Paris via the metro and bus. The hosts were responsive and caring, which made our experience even better.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

Must say that it is very rare to have an accomodation this clean. Vincent was very friendly and everything worked out well. The area is lovely and nice to stay after busy Paris. The train is very convenient, there is a good shop near by. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Should we be back in Paris, we would stay here again.

Nice apartment and extremely good hosts, only 25 minutes to get to disneyland as described and the apartment is located in a gated community so you dont have to worry about your car in the designated parking spot. Nothing was missing and the hosts give enough information to find your way around.
