The house is an old house in the historic center of Baunei, expertly renovated according to rules of rigorous recovery and enhancement of original environments and materials, but also in compliance with the most modern needs of convenience and comfort. The house is well suited as a summer residence as it allows a stay a few kilometers from the sea in a hilly environment, cool in the evening and restful as it is far from the typical movement of the seaside tourist areas. During the rest of the year, in spring, autumn or winter, staying in this house is ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding area, rich in natural beauty of all kinds, beautiful trails for mountain hiking enriched by the view of the sea, rock climbing routes, horseback riding, food and wine tours, mushroom picking, socio-cultural explorations etc....
