Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

In our farmhouse, which was renovated in 2022, we have set up a nice, cozy apartment on the first floor. It has a living/dining area with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom (shower + toilet) on approx. 45 square meters. The garden has enough space to relax and linger. Optimal location between Obersee and Untersee in Stahringen with very good transport links by car, bus and train. Lake Constance is 5 km (Bodman) or 7 km (Radolfzell) away.

The 50 m² basement apartment in our house is modern and brightly furnished; it offers space for 2 people to feel good. A small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven and two hotplates. Wi-Fi is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x200). In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and toilet. The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.

Welcome to our Demeter farm! We are a small family business specializing in the production of yogurt and fruit yogurt. Our farm is home to many animals, from horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, bees and dogs to cats. Our farm is located on the edge of a small village and is about 14 km from Lake Constance. The farm is surrounded by nature and many beautiful things can be done in the Lake Constance region.

In dieser geräumigen, hellen und naturverbundenen Unterkunft kannst Du Dich alleine, zu zweit oder zu dritt wohl fühlen und erholen. Die kleine Küche ist einfach aber praktisch und funktional eingerichtet (ohne Spülmaschine). Das Bad hat ein großes Waschbecken, Dusche und WC . Auf Absprache ist Waschmaschinennutzung möglich. Achtung: die offene Holztreppe ist für Kleinkinder gefährlich!
