La casa è ad esclusiva disposizione degli ospiti ad eccezione di una camera, utilizzabile su richiesta. La casa rurale è situata in un terreno di 3 ettari, a pochi passi dal Santuario campestre di San Mauro e a circa 400 metri dal parco archeologico di "Biru e concas" con i famosi menhirs del 3.300 ac. La località, ricca di prati, boschi e vigneti, é l'ideale per godersi la natura e l'archeologia, anche con visite guidate, la cucina tradizionale accompagnata dagli ottimi vini locali.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The small house of Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

The Lampathu retreat is 8.9 km from the town of Urzulei. The stone construction is perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape, reflecting its colors and lights. Here, hikers will find shelter from the mistral in the cold season and coolness in the summer afternoons: the stone walls guarantee unparalleled thermal insulation. On cold winter days, a large fireplace will welcome them for a break, to restore vigor and energy.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
