Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Osa Peninsula

This is a very special place. The whole property is designed for absorbing the plants and animals of the Osa peninsula. We saw aracari, howler monkeys, spider monkeys, poison dart frogs, iguanas, toucans, macaws, and many other species of reptiles, amphibians, insects, and birds. And of course we enjoyed the quiet company of Raymond the caiman. The house’s second floor veranda is a lovely place to sit. If you are visiting the Osa peninsula for watching wildlife and enjoying the rainforest ecosystem, it’s worth it to stay here for 5 days, maybe longer.

Such a perfect little spot for us on our way to San Jose. Loved the convenient location and ease of getting in and out. The house is super thoughtful and well designed with lots of light, nice kitchen and bath and a beautiful green space out back. Very peaceful at night and it felt very secure with the car behind a big gate. We will be back. Thank you! Recommended!

This place was incredible! Finding the house was a breeze due to Chris’s instructions. We were able to find it without any issues even in the dark. The house itself was the perfect size, had everything we needed, was clean, and had a beautiful atmosphere. There’s no AC but it honestly wasn’t an issue at all, there are plenty of fans to keep cool and the windows can be opened for fresh air. We also really enjoyed the outdoor setting, we spent a good amount of time on the back deck and in the pool. There was some cool wildlife to see around the house too! I have absolutely nothing poor to say about this place and would highly recommend!! Chris was very responsive and helped with any questions/concerns we had. If we were to ever travel back to Costa Rica, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a surf trip. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Pan Dulce. Usually we try to stay somewhere that we can walk to the surf breaks but made an exception this time. When we got to the house, we were so happy with our decision. It was absolutely worth the drive. The home is so private and the nature surrounding it is just breathtaking. There is a walking trail to the beach. We saw all kinds of wildlife just from the porch of the house. Also the on site caretaker was incredibly helpful and very kind and welcoming. We will absolutely be back. 10/10

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom property. The ocean sunset views were absolutely breathtaking every evening, and waking up to the sounds of the jungle was surreal. The unit was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — the air conditioning was a huge plus in the warm climate! The infinity pool was the highlight of our trip — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with panoramic views of the ocean. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell this place is thoughtfully maintained with a lot of care. Whether you're relaxing poolside or enjoying the vibrant natural setting, this spot is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and take in the beauty of Costa Rica. Would absolutely stay here again. A small haven of peace! the garden is extraordinary, we saw toucans, macaws, frogs,... the bedding is super comfortable. The accommodation is a 12 minute drive from the center of Puerto Jiménez. very convenient location. Carlos was very accommodating when we arrived as well as for our departure! We recommend this listing

This place was amazing. The balcony overlooking the forest is beautiful and we saw so many different birds and animals just hanging out on the patio with the binoculars. The place was initially a little difficult to find but the hose was very responsive. Definitely beneficial to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. It’s up in the hills and the roads leading to the place are unpaved. But we overall LOVED the location. The place was as described and the host helped coordinate an amazing guide for the park. Overall amazing experience.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The spaces is beautiful and centrally located while feeling tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We really loved watching the sunrise from the tower that overlooks the mountains down to the beach, it is worth the early alarm on vacation! Jason was super helpful and gave us great advice for navigating Manuel Antonio and avoiding common pitfalls, thank you!

The place is very nice, the host is always attentive and very kind!! Maybe the only thing missing would be an air conditioning haha because of the heat in Puerto Jiménez but out of there very nice everything!

Our stay in Manuel Antonio was nothing short of magical. Though the space was compact, it was beautifully designed and felt like a hidden gem nestled in nature. The panoramic view was absolutely stunning—easily one of the best we’ve seen. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the hygiene standards were top-notch, and the overall vibe was serene and refreshing. An unforgettable stay at an unbeatable price!

Great place to stay to visit all that Manuel Antonio has on offer, close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus very convenient for beach and national park. Yosue was especially helpful and communicative ☺️

This place is beautiful, absolutely amazing views, the food at the hotel is fantastic. We had monkeys and tucans within 20' of the balcony. if this is available you should book it

I had a great stay! The space was extremely clean, organized, and very comfortable. Everything matched the listing description, and it was clear the host takes great care of the property. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy everything was during my stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful , comfortable stay here. I highly recommend this place. I booked last-minute and Jaime was promptly responsive. Easy self-check-in, with clear instructions. Everything was perfect, I had everything I needed. Great cozy bed, covered secure parking inside a gate, nice little pool, great spacious deck. I can’t say enough good things about this space.

It was a wonderful place, like a little paradise in the middle of the nature, with a variety of tropical plants,shrubs, beautiful flowers 🌺 and trees . We heard the birds, monkeys, saw beautiful macaws and other birds, little monkeys came on the garden. The pool was so refreshing on the hot days. Hazel was a wonderful host, answering promptly to our questions. We loved the place, for sure we will be back. Escuchamos el canto de los pajaritos, vimos guacamayas, los monitos pasaron por el jardín. La piscina fue refrescante en los días de calor. Hazel fué una excelente anfitriona, contestaba prontamente nuestras preguntas. Nos encantó el lugar y por seguro volveríamos a quedarnos.

This was a great place to stay, very comfortable our favorite part was the porch and the full kitchen! There is a restaurant next door but they close up early and even when they're open you can't really hear them if you’re inside. There’s a washerdryer in unit which if you’re bouncing around the country, as we did, this was a great luxury to end out your trip. The Concierge, Jordan, was a great help! He met us at the parking lot and showed us how to get into the gate and showed us around the unit and was very responsive. There’s great restaurant, beach, shop, and live music options within walking distance. We did have a problem on the morning we left, there was no water. It was bad timing because we couldn’t clean up the way we would have if we had running water. I texted early in the morning about it and got a responds immediately that unfortunately it just happens sometimes, but we were fine. Thank you, John, for a comfortable stay we enjoyed it so much!

We had such a great stay! We saw lots of cute monkeys right around the property — it was such a fun surprise and the highlight for the kids. They also loved the pool, which was clean and perfect for cooling off after exploring. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made things super convenient. A great spot for families!

We really liked the apartment! Very convenient location, there are restaurants nearby and places to go to know. Pool access was very close, equal to beach access. Very happy with the rooms, the kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms worked perfect. The entire apartment had air conditioning. We really enjoyed spending the night on the terrace after dinner. I would come back again no problem!
