Very clean and accessible place. The room is a bit small for two people on an international trip, and it might better suit a single person traveling, but the space is nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had everything we needed and had a comfortable stay.It was stylish, and the location was within walking distance to the lively parts of Namba such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, and there were several places where the parking lot was about 1300 yen for 24 hours. Speaking of greed, the bedroom light only had a bright light from the ceiling, and it could only be dark or too bright, so I wish there was a light on the side of the bed that I could operate on my hand.

Overall, it is very pleasant to open the room at check-in, the room facilities are completely consistent with the description, very clean and hygienic, very close to the subway station, and there is a convenience store downstairs.Besides having to carry suitcases to the third floor and the internet is not very smooth, there is nothing to be dissatisfied with, I hope to stay again next time.

Very close to Namba station, lots of food options close by, room is a bit small but has everything you need! So it was perfect for our stay in Osaka.

The accommodation was clean and located very close to Kuromon Market, and it was right in front of a convenience store, so it was very comfortable >◡ < I want to go again if I come to Osaka again◡ ‘’✿

The airbnb overall was pretty good. the location is great. just few minutes away from the Kansai airport line and the other Subway stations to sitting other parts about a 10-minute walk away. The kitchen amenities were minimal though, only had 4 spoons but no forks. 4 bowls and one plate. So had to make do since we were staying there for two weeks. You can hear the sounds of the train but we had a sound machine on the whole night so that drowned it out. The airbnb is spacious enough for baby stroller and open suitcases. Thr chairs needs replacing as the seats are ripping. The host was very responsive usually replies within a couple of minutes. When the Wi-Fi was slow they gave us a pocket wifi to use for our duration.

The place is very clean, neat and tidy. Has really good quality amenities including an espresso machine, a dryer room. It's very easy to find as it appears on the map directly when you put House Nozomi Hayashi San is very responsive and looked into one of our concerns immediately. It's near a bus stop with multiple buses going into the town. Katsuragawa station is about 1.5 KM, so bit of a walk when you have luggage or are tired. But we got cabs fairly easily. Do your research on places you want to travel to in Kyoto so you can see if the location works for you. In terms of convenience, lots of shops, supermarkets etc are available. It feels spacious. It would have been better to have access to the wardrobe, but we had a short stay so we did not mind living out of our suitcases. Overall good place, good amenities, location is good but that's subjective. Good, professional host.

Very comfortable stay in this spacious and clean apartment! There's a Nespresso machine provided and Netflix access, which are both plus points. Location is quite inconvenient but there's a bus stop within walking distance.

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Well clean, new and quite place. Lin is very helpful and waited us until check in as we landed to Kyoto only late evening. We stayed in upper floor unit (20x), and we have no issue to carry the luggage up thru the side staircase. For those want to avoid, you might consider rent the ground floor unit (10x). Overall very comfortable stay for small family like us (with 3 kids), walking distance to Lawson, Mcd and other restaurant. This place is well connected to many tourist spots where within 20 mins driving - the parking space is essential given parking fees generally is quite high. Will recommend and certainly one of the top list for next visit.

Place is clean and spacious. 1 station away from namba. Host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! Will definitely book again next time.

There were 3 baths, and it was very good to shorten the shower time.

This place was a true hidden gem! 💎 We were amazed at how big and clean the apartment was - you have a sleeping area with tatami mats and a very comfortable bed, as well as a large kitchen which surprised us very much. We spent two weeks here and felt right at home. From all sides there are convenience stores, the nearest train into town is about a 6-minute walk away. However, we also walked very often the 20 minutes to Namba and then Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi were not far away. Tennoji is also incredibly accessible. So all in all I would recommend the place to anyone!

This place is perfect! it's right between two train stations that are both less than 5 minutes walk away, there are at least 4 conbini stores within stones throw, and so many little food places around, it's honestly one of the most convenient locations I've ever stayed in Japan. the apartment was spotless, the amenities were plentiful and of good quality, and the host was helpful and friendly! we loved staying here and would gladly stay again!

Great place to stay near Dotonbouri. The place was immaculately clean and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Hossy-san was an amazing host!! He was responsive, helpful and gave an excellent guide on how to navigate the condominium. He also helped me with the laundry since i had a hard time understanding the instructions and was overall super helpful. If I visit Osaka again, i'd book Hossy-san's condo for sure

This is a very beautiful appartment - very professionally managed, and located well for the lively shopping, eating and clubbing area of Dotonburi. Pricey, but very comfortable. Alice was the perfect host.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Accessible, easy to find, near the bus stop. There’s a convenience store and a Sushiro branch nearby.

Possibly the first listing I've stayed at that actually appears larger than the photos. This apartment is great, with the location close to several convenienve stores and just a 10-minute walk away from 3 different metro stations. The two separate toilet/shower rooms both have their own ventilation, which is great when sharing the apartment with someone else. The beds were comfortable and all the facilities new & clean. Aside from that, it provides a nice looking, peaceful place to reside in Osaka. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

It was so clean and it was so spacious given the hotels in Japan. You can reach Umadana in 10 minutes by bus to nearby tourist attractions. The quiet area and the view of the neighborhood are jammed, and I've been to the local restaurants. I want to visit again the next time I go.

Great Place to Stay in Osaka. Near the Metro and some restaurants. Clean and good furniture. We would love to come back here again!

Conveniently located for four nights. There is a convenience store. Laundry is close to the subway. Only a few minutes walk. The space is also a few minutes away. The host is also very nice.
