Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to own dock and rowing boat by the Baltic Sea. See forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The cheese coast trail passes outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well, so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet in the hill. Slightly darker on some days, which makes the shower, sink and toilet look a little brown. Of course, the water is drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.
