Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

The modern furnished apartment is barrier-free and offers everything that makes your stay easier. It is located close to nature. The kitchen and living room are combined. The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.

Relax in our cozy wooden house. In summer, the EU bird sanctuary Rieselfelder is right outside the door. In winter, you can chill comfortably in front of the fireplace, no matter what the weather is like outside.
