Francesco place is very nice! Communication from the start was smooth, we were checked in by Maria, very kind and nice lady. She was immidiately available for all questions. It is a very livable place, I was working remotely 2 weeks with good internet and cooking 3 times a day. Kitchen has everything and all utencils and items are very new! Enough space in kitchen for cooking as well and big table for eating both inside house and on the terrace, where I had my lunch every day. Both terrace and bolcony are very nice for drinking wine or eating, they are amazing assets for the house! Showers are excellent and bed comfortable. Good windows meant fresh air during day and night, which is super nice for sleeping with breeze coming in. Parking is private and safe. Beach is very close. I really loved the place and it felt like home, like a place I could live in. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at La Finestra Sul Mare in Ospedaletti as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. The host was incredibly responsive. The south-facing windows and the living room’s sea view made us feel like we were on a boat, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The space was perfect for our family. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable, and we appreciated the convenience of the washing machine. We cooked some of our meals at the apartment and enjoyed the short walk to the supermarket, several restaurants, and cafes in Ospedaletti. We also took several trips to nearby towns like Monaco, Menton, San Remo, and Nice, making this an ideal location. The bike path, with its cool tunnel section, was perfect for daily jogs despite the hot weather. We also enjoyed refreshing swims in the beautiful, clear water. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place.

Fremragende beliggenhed, fantastisk udsigt fra haven og terrassen, ddjlig stor stue og et fint badeværelse. Med god kondition er det muligt at gå via to trapper ned til byen, cirka 200 trin, hvilket gør at man holder sig i form. Vi gik op og ned flere gange dagligt, i stedet fot at køre. Fine indkøbsmuligheder nede i byen, Conad og en lille købmand med fremragende udvalg af vin, oste, kød og ikke mindst frigt og grønt. Mange forrygende spisesteder og Andrea havde mange virkeligt gode anbefalinger. Nemt at køre til fra Nice lufthavn, cirka 2 timer langs vandet eller 1 time via motorvejen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen når det er tid til et par afslappende dage med god mad og vin

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und das Gebäude selbst ist wie gezeichnet. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse ist ebenfalls super! Eugenio war immer zu erreichen und hat immer geholfen wenn man z.b einen guten Strand gesucht hat. Es war alles super.

Der Aufenthalt in Vitors Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber kompakt. Das Highlight war natürlich der Ausblick auf das wunderschöne Meer. Frühstück mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergänge waren faszinierend! Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Etwas eng, aber zu zweit war das Kochen gut möglich! Wie angegeben gab es keine Spülmaschine, das von Hand spülen war etwas zeitaufreibend. Die Hitze konnten wir gut verkraften mit den Ventilatoren. Einer war an der Decke im Wohnzimmer und einer stand im Schlafzimmer. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und haben es auch jeden Tag gebraucht, um an den Strand zu fahren, einzukaufen. Das Meer ist steinig aber klar und sehr sauber. Es gab wohl einen Fußweg zum Strand, den wir nicht gefunden haben. Bequemer war es mit dem Auto, weil die Wohnung ziemlich weit oben war. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, San Remo und die Cote d'Azur waren sehr nah. Vitor ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Danke Vitor!

The apartment was in a perfect location, very peaceful 50 meters to the beach and cycle path. It was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described with all the appliances you need. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The air con was brilliant, having separate units the living area and the bedroom. Matteo responded very quickly with the check in instruction Check out was very straight forward too. The restaurant next door is fantastic too. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay in Ospedaletti so memorable.
