The niche was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful grounds, extremely comfortable furniture, and close to all the hikes we wanted!

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Matt's place is an ideal location for anyone looking for a private lakeside getaway. The cabin sits on the shores of the lake and is a quick walk to a lakeside beach with mountain views. Lots of amenities and water activities available. The house was clean and large enough to comfortably host a bigger group. Grille and the pool table were nice touches. The house has a great lakeside vibe with a fireplace and plenty of wood accents. My only criticism is of the condition of the pool table and one of the cheap plastic chairs on the deck was broken. Worth the visit for the location. This is in an HOA and there are nosy neighbors, but be respectful and you'll be grand. Thanks Matt!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

What an Absolute Blessing finding this perfect piece of paradise - So beautifully decorated with every comfort provided. Cozy and quiet, just what were looking for !! Sipping on our morning coffee being visited by two cheerful chipmunks a couple of chubby squirrels and a colorful blue Jay was an extra delight ... The detail and all your special touches made our trip complete. The fresh-cut flowers in every room made me smile every time I saw them! The special touches, the unexpected breakfast, to the snacks. This place was such a great stay. Finding it was easy, the neighborhood was gorgeous and clean. Christine had a genius way to indicate where to park with chalkboard signs and what door to use the same way. Then inside had clear instructions about quiet hours, amenities, emergency info, and check out reminders, etc. Stairs and halls were clean and easy to navigate. No issues being on the third floor at all. The large windows allowed a great breeze and sunlight during the day and the quiet house allowed for great sleep. Ample linens and supplies. Highly recommend.

This is a cozy, clean condo with well-equipped kitchen to serve as a base for exploring the White Mountain area. Plenty of dining choices nearby. We enjoyed the gym and game room. There is a pool and a sauna room though we did not use. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Rick's place was exactly the kinda of peaceful getaway that we were looking for. There is so much to do in the area you can't do it all in one stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. He was very understanding for the need of my wife's service dog and there were no issues all weekend! If you're looking for a nice stress free getaway and deal with a host who knows his stuff, is responsive, and understanding then all you need to book with Rick!

I really enjoyed staying at Christine’s place on the lake. The condo was clean and the view by the water was great. It was super easy to check in / out. Christine was always very responsive. I would definitely consider staying again.

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

Meagan was very informative and on point. The condo and facilities were better than description. We'd definitely recommend to friends and family. We'll definitely be back.

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!
