2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

You are looking for peace and quiet in nature in a peaceful garden between trees, with a view of the forest and nature. This is the place where you can let your soul wander. Read a book, listen to the birds. Sitting on the terrace and chatting with friends. You can expect a new house with new beds and mattresses which is directly connected to the comfortable caravan with equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and another bedroom and dining area. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 4-Parteien Hauses in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in Abtsgmünd. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten, direkten Zugang. Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Der Eigenhof liegt in der Nähe von Schwäbisch Gmünd, der ältesten Stauferstadt. Viele historische Sehenwürdigkeiten in Rems- und Kochertal sind schnell zu erreichen.
