Our lovingly renovated apartment, with approx. 75 square meters, awaits nature and hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, alone, as a couple or as a group of three. Families up to 3 people, or 2 business people. Of course, dogs are also welcome. (Up to 2 dogs). They are particularly pleased about the large property and the stream that invites them to play.

Are you a group of 8 people (or more) and want to spend a great vacation in a fantastic location, right on the river and in the immediate vicinity of Legoland? With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

Perfect for nature and outdoor lovers, the house offers a modern yet cozy style with a fully glazed south side that fills the space with light and allows for a magnificent view of the countryside. An open kitchen, dining room, living room and sunny terrace invite you to relax. With only 20 minutes drive you can reach the cities of Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Heidenheim.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

One-room apartment, quiet location

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.

Parking near the house about 80 meters away. Ideal for business travellers, as it is close to well-known companies such as Audi, Kaufland, Lidl, etc. WiFi included. Important to know: there is no high bandwidth in Oedheim, so the Internet in the house is also slow. Washer & dryer combination available. All utilities are included in the price.

In the recognized resort of Bartholomä, I offer my small log cabin with garden for rent. The house is quietly located in a settlement of log cabins and is fully equipped. I usually live in it myself and occasionally rent it to guests. Your dog is welcome here and stays for free.
