Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Cosy apartment with real fire

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Fantastic property. We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very secure, we felt safe the entire time. Everything was as pictured, the house was very clean, the kitchen was not missing a thing which was fantastic. The host was easy to communicate with and was very friendly.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

I was very well received in the house. Clear and quick communication. Large house with a super table full of snacks, fruits, coca, milk, coffee! Very good for those who arrive from a long trip and are tired to leave. I found the bed comfortable, all clean. Near the airport with shuttle leaving near the airport and to return to the airport Pau took me by car early. A treat! I highly recommend it!

This Airbnb was the perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy! We got to relax on the beach and then had no stress of a long drive to the airport. The house was clean and cozy! Gaia was an amazing host! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

Everything is perfect

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!

Manuel was very communicative and helpful, even giving us a ride to the airport for our flight out.
