Monthly Rentals in Ostuni

Very nice and cozy place, very friendly owner!

We recently stayed in Maria’s apartment for 4 nights at the beginning of June for a friend’s wedding. With a main double bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds, it would be ideal for a family with 2 young children, however it was also perfectly fine for myself and my 3 friends to share too. The apartment is in a great location a short walk from the centre of Ostuni, great for exploring the old part of the city. Maria was very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for breakfast spots and helped with local taxi firms prior to our arrival. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the coffee and breakfast items were a welcome surprise, as was the aircon as it was very hot! We didn’t cook there however there was every appliance and utensil you would need as well as an iron and hairdryer. We arrived on a late flight but Maria made it easy to access by providing a code for the lockbox outside the property. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay again!

It was a very charming stay. The apartment is in the very center of Ostuni, is characterized by beautiful vaulted ceilings (beware of those who are more than 180-185cm tall) and has a private entrance. Inside the apartment the spaces are small but well arranged, perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed ourselves. You have to take into account a walk of about 5 minutes uphill to get to the apartment, but it is absolutely worth it! The only flaw I found was in the kitchen, the induction system is quite dated, and in preparing the tea in the morning we had to wait a long time for the water to boil. It was not a problem for us since in the evening we always dined in the beautiful restaurants of Ostuni. Last note: being in the historic center, sleeping with the windows open can be annoying due to the noise of people in the rooms below. There is an air conditioner to cool the room.
