1st floor apartment in a 3 storey villa with a wide garden. It is quiet and airy. It has 1 bedroom w. bathroom en suite, a furnished kitchen corner and a light dining room. A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

The neighborhood is very quiet and well served by public transportation, walking distance from Villa Pamphilj, 2km from Gianicolo an Trastevere, 6km from the Vatican and from downtown. Nei dintorni troviamo vasta offerta di ristoranti, bar, negozi di ogni genere (alimentari, gastronomia, moda vintage) e la maggior parte di monumenti più famosi e musei sono raggiungibili a piedi.
