This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The house is situated in a quiet district of the village of Kappelrodeck in the vineyards at the foot of the Black Forest. The apartment has a separate entrance, a small open kitchenette, a small bathroom and a dining and sleeping area. WLAN and parking are included.
