We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

We had an amazing time in Marieke's truly beautiful apartment. She was an amazing host, quickly replied to all messages and left great recommendations for activities during our stay. We'd highly recommend staying with Marieke and hope to be able to come back soon!

Good accommodation, perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom and pleasant living room. Being a basement, it lacks sunlight, but that is something that is already understood.

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Excellent accommodation in a nice area! We enjoyed our stay very much and would book it again without a doubt. Some points of attention for the next time: • Cleaning supplies: It would be useful if there were a little more cleaning supplies, such as a mop, garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. • Use of the dishwasher: The instruction to not leave any dirty dishes, while the dishwasher should not be used on departure is impractical – especially if you are with a larger group (e.g. 10 people). It would be more hygienic and easier if the dishwasher can be used when checking out, as long as the dishes are left clean. • Draw all around the house: Bring a drawing chord – there are a lot of ticks in the area. • Deposit: Please state the deposit clearly in the listing and preferably ensure it is refunded on the day of departure.

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

The stay was very nice. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for 2 people! The house looked like the pictures and is very spacious. Large well-kept garden and terrace. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house with nice garden and sauna. Comfortable bedrooms with excellent beds. Spacious terrace with plenty of shade. Kitchen is well equipped but could use a few extra glasses. Located 5 car minutes outside Lunteren and is in a wooded area. A short walking distance from the Uilenbos, where children can fully enjoy themselves in the playground and petting zoo.

Very hospitable, easily approachable. Beautiful location with lots of greenery, animals and tranquility. Nice, clean and well-equipped B&B with delicious breakfast. Enjoy the wood stove. Recommended, even with young children!

We had a wonderful time in Dorien's "huuske". A nice welcome with a personal card, eggs in the fridge and chocolates on the table. A cup of coffee was made in no time. It was super clean and everything was present. Lots of privacy in a large garden. We have cycled a lot in the beautiful surroundings. The communication with Dorien was nice and cordial We'd love to come back.

The accommodation was perfect for us, right by the forest, with many possibilities for walks with the dog, also with the available bicycles. The house is well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are available and the kitchen is well equipped with everything. We found the house cozy and the beds very good. Communication with Heleen was always very fast, friendly and accommodating. This also made it possible for us to get into the accommodation a little earlier, which we were very happy about. The private and completely enclosed garden is beautiful and very well maintained. You can only recommend this accommodation, especially if you are traveling with a dog. Only the stairs to the first floor required some attention, because it is unusual and a bit steep for us. But with a little caution, that's not a problem either. We will be happy to come back.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

I came to Arnhem to study, and while I was looking for a permanent stay, I found this place which was more affordable than other places that offered similar services, and with big surprise I found out I had everything I needed. The flat is a bit far from the center, but the area is very well connected to it, with 10 mins walk and 10 mins bus I could reach my university every morning. Also Willem and Anne are very kind and respectful people and it’s really nice to see friendly cats in the area also! Maybe because of its structure, it’s quite easy to hear other people’s noises inside the building so I needed to get used to it. The washing machine is a big plus for the place, and the garden looks like a secret garden from a movie and it looks like Willem takes good care of it. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable in my flat that even if it’s small it had literally everything I needed, so I would 100% suggest this place to friends/family that come to visit!

We loved everything about ok Linda's place. The apartment is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. The space isn't big but it feels roomy and comfortable because of how well it's organized. The building is beautiful and in a wonderful quiet location with a very short walk to everything in the old city. Linda was amazingly helpful with recommendations, and she helped us plan some local travel and navigate the train strike. Absolutely lovely experience all around.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Robert's place on St. Annastraat Nijmegen. This unique dwelling is very spacious with high ceilings and is artfully styled. The two level apartment is full of light, and is peaceful with friendly neighbors, a great kitchen with lovely large dining table and a delightfully private enclosed patio garden. The dedicated workspace was a great bonus. The bed upstairs is comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of closet space to unpack and store belongings. We really appreciated the thoughtful intentionality and soul in the design and decor. It felt very much like someone's much-loved home & therefore made us feel very comfortable in Nijmegen. Thank you Robert and big gratitude to neighbor Mary-Ann who was so kind and helpful to us during our stay.

Very comfy place to stay, quiet area yet not so far from centre. Close to the Rhine with some beautiful views.

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you
