The view of nature and the city center with the old church tower are enough. Restaurants and shops can be reached within 2 minutes. When the weather is nice, a glass of wine can be enjoyed in the courtyard with a view.

A stream flows right behind the house through a nature reserve and the hilly landscape with meadows and forests invites you to hike with ever new views. The sunny apartment itself, with old floorboards and treasures from 3 generations, is ideal for families or friends and all those who are looking for peace and nature, whether to relax or work.
