The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

After 2 km in the direction of Ottmannshausen you can enjoy a beautiful well-kept outdoor swimming pool in summer. Shopping is 5 km away . A vehicle is required.

Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

This can be the solution: To expand our vacation rentals, we have set up the guest room Cantina with bathroom in the basement of our house next to the library – a bit like the classic “bed and breakfast”. Here you sleep at the hostel price.

The apartment meets all requirements and makes it possible to explore the Weimar countryside and the cultural city of Weimar by short distances as a starting point. Due to the central location in Apolda, the car can stop on the closed grounds.
