Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with bath and separate shower. You have your own front door, you can park in front of the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. It is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the record player! The garden invites you to relax, and the two bicycles that were available to us were perfect for exploring the surroundings. A supermarket is nearby, restaurants can be easily reached by bike or car. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful place to stay. Very spacious. Inside it was nice and neat. Bedrooms with good beds. A large, shady garden with a lovely covered terrace. You can pick fruit and vegetables from the large vegetable garden for free. 😋 Ine is hospitable and spoiled us with delicious rhubarb cake!

We spent a lovely few days in Annelies’ and Maarten’s beautiful home. The view onto the heath is mesmerizing and the garden is wonderful to relax in. The house is also very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Communication with Annelies and Maarten was easy and swift. We would like to visit again!
