A lovely retreat surrounded by farm animals. Perfect to start/finish the first couple of legs from the Pieterpad.

It was a wonderful place, nice terraces, sun/shade, especially the terrace on the forest wall with great views, silence, you could hear the birds, deer came by in the evening. We didn't spend much time inside. Beautiful cycling routes in the area. The contact with Henk was very pleasant, personal.. A very nice place!!!

We were completely satisfied, perfect for what was promised. Super nice contact, who helped quickly, that's what you want. Absolutely recommended. Thank you for a wonderful week with you.

Our stay at Haus Sonnenschein was what the name promises. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place to be, as the house is next to a nature reserve. Despite very spontaneous booking, everything worked wonderfully. We received all the important information before arrival so we found everything right away and none of our questions remained unanswered. The view of the sunrise is one of the highlights, next to the infrared cabin and the Schaafswiese next door. We only made nice acquaintances, especially the lady from the reception completed the stay wonderfully. My dog was always welcome and also made nice dog teams. All in all, we would highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Felix! We will be happy to come back. :)

We had a wonderful time at this cottage around Christmas. The cottage is located on a dead-end road and you can walk into the woods where you can walk endlessly. A well fenced garden ideal for dog, bunk bed and high chair for our kids and everything we needed. Absolutely recommended. The only "lesser point" is that we did not find the arrangement of the furniture so cozy/logical, but it is also a rather difficult layout to set it up properly. Marja was a very friendly host with clear communication in advance. In other words, recommended!

Marco's chalet is a small, but wonderful place. It's situated directly behind a private marina, in the first row of a settlement of similar chalets. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing for relaxing on the terrace any time of the day. Nearby a secure bathing area for little kids, with a small sandy beach. We did some excursions to Sneek (a middle-sized town, ~25 minutes) and small villages at the shore of the ijsselmeer (eg. Stavoren, Hindeloopen, each ~25 minutes), which were each totally worth it. Super picturesque! and some nice restaurants, too. We can highly recommend renting Marco's place if you'd like to have a restful couple of days!

What a super cozy and cozy chalet. Very nicely decorated and a beautiful location by the water. Renting a sloop is a fantastic naturalness in Friesland, but we have also enjoyed the cycling routes and the crossing with the many ferries. I'd love to come back!!!

The chalet was well furnished and was as described. The chalet was lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable there. We can definitely recommend this chalet.

What a great house this is. Nicely decorated, good kitchen and bathroom and a nice bed. Everything you could want is there. Made up beds, piles of towels and kitchen linens, very clean. It makes you feel very welcome as a guest.

Lovely chalet equipped with all the comforts. Also in terms of extra activities such as table tennis and badminton sets or a cupboard full of games and puzzles. Outside a big table and a lovely lounge set with even a private jetty. It all felt like new and a very nice host. Got good tips. Top location, top accommodation and a top stay!

Jacquelin's accommodation was as shown in the photos: beautifully decorated. Very cozy and with a lot of attention to detail! It had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable, the terrace very inviting. We spent beautiful long evenings there. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! 😊

Great place to spend, choose a good weather and don’t hesitate to book an accommodation.

The accommodation is in a very quiet location where you can relax wonderfully. It is perfect for escaping the daily grind and simply switching off. There are beautiful long hiking trails in the area and the nearest shopping facility is easily accessible by car. We would recommend the accommodation in good weather in order to be able to fully use the garden and the veranda as well as the holiday park. But even in the rain, it was extremely cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Froukje is a great host and gave us a really great stay! With 3 bedrooms, the property is perfect for 5 adult guests. We particularly liked the fenced and really beautifully designed garden. The run was perfect for our dog. For us people, there is a sitting lounge, loungers and a nice outdoor seating area. Also win barbecue is available as well as bicycles which can be used. In 5 minutes you can reach the supermarket as well as downtown Lemmer by bike.

Beautiful chalet as well as good amenities also with parasol and seating outside. Everything clean. The 2nd room is very small, but we expected this due to the reviews. The campsite is beautiful with so much water right around the corner, a restaurant, supermarket, swimming pool and swimming area outside on the lake as well as bike and boat rental. Definitely a place of the heart, which we will certainly visit again:)

We had a wonderful stay in Suuz's super cozy accommodation. It was great to just enjoy the peace and quiet by the lake and jump in from time to time. perfect for a quiet week of relaxation!

Very last minute booked and immediately an answer that we could stay in the cottage a few hours later. Had a great time on Terschelling. The 2 bikes have been used frequently these days and are cycling well. The cottage itself is small but very nice and everything is available up to the spare batteries for the bicycle lights.

We had a wonderful stay here. The chalet is located at the beginning of the property and in the middle of the island. For us the perfect stay to see as much of the island as possible. Communication with the host was great. Everything went very easily. Highly recommended!
