Holiday rentals with a patio in Oudegracht

The apartment is very centrally located. We had bicycles with us and could reach everything in up to 10 minutes. The apartment is very nice and clean. Alex gave helpful tips and the correspondence was quick and easy. Would love to come again anytime.

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Small but nice cottage with a cozy courtyard! Very good beds, very good amenities. We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. Would book the house of Bas again and again!

Nice and unique appartment with great hosts. Tailor-made for a stay with kids (a lot to explore and discover). Very well equiped kitchen (nothing was missing). Located in a quiet and cozy area in the suburb of Utrecht (train/bus connections around the corner). We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the accommodation! The house was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We especially liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house while celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. It's a great place to bring the family together for a relaxing weekend.

After a pleasant communication with Maartje, we were warmly welcomed by Ernest. The cottage is very lovingly and cozily furnished and has a nice little garden. If necessary, two bicycles are available. You feel right at home, everything you need is available. The location is within walking distance of the center of Muiden, where there are nice cafes and restaurants. From Amsterdam, you need 10 minutes by car to Weesp and then 18 minutes by train to the main station. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back at any time. Thank you Maartje for the nice time in your cottage :-)

We spent a pleasant weekend at Vivianne and Robert's house. The small house is cozy and we lacked nothing. Despite the extreme heat, it was comparatively cool in the house (our hosts had hung a cloth on the glazed front of the house), so that we slept well directly under the roof. In addition, everything was clean and tidy. This also applies to the beautiful covered terrace where we spent a lot of time with a beautiful view.

The place was amazing! The host is really helpful, understanding and extremely friendly! The room is really big and has everything you need! It’s a really quiet neighborhood, so we loved spending our days or nights out in the garden. It was a perfect place for me and my partner to wind down and enjoy our vacation.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Miguel and Johanna were the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever encountered. So welcoming, helpful, and kind. Provided lots of recommendations and were so accommodating. Our family of four found the apartment to be perfect for our needs, it was relaxing and peaceful after long days of walking. Miguel made us feel right at home. Thank you Miguel and Johanna for making our time in Amsterdam so wonderful!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. The accommodation is so clean, stylish and homely, it could not have been improved. Thank you Amanda, you made our weekend truly special.

Els was very flexible about the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bikes were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

The apartment worked very well for three of us for a 9-night stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, champagne, and chocolate! The hosts were gracious, proactive, and helpful when we had questions or needs. The space is clean, well-lit, and modern, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Our daughter declared the sleep sofa the most comfortable she's ever slept on! The entry stairs are steep, but with the sturdy railing and good lighting we felt quite safe on them. The neighborhood has gems for dining and shopping, and you can walk to the City center. A laundromat that takes credit/debit cards is 4 blocks away. Tram stops are close, and they run on a frequent schedule. Parking is limited, so renting a bike is ideal. The bike lanes and traffic signals make it safe and easy to ride throughout the city. Venturing farther is possible by renting an electric car by the hour through the MyWheels app. Their cars are conveniently parked at charging stations around the neighborhood.

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.
