The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment is located in Moitzfeld which is a district of Bergisch Gladbach and is east of Cologne right on the A4 or tram line 1 (KVB), by car you can reach the city center of Cologne in 20 minutes (16km to the Cologne Fair). The apartment has 86 square meters and 4 rooms, two bedrooms a wardrobe room with plenty of storage space and a large living room. In addition, there is an equipped kitchen and a bathroom + guest toilet and balcony at your disposal.

The modern apartment (46 square meters) is beautifully located in nature and invites you to relax. With a separate entrance and parking, you will find your peace and relaxation in a bright and quiet atmosphere. A terrace, a conservatory and a sauna (bookable separately) are also part of the lovingly furnished apartment. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.
