Welcome to my former home: a light-filled 2BD/2BA, just 13 houses from the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. What I find Special: ocean view from the dining table (where I did my writing); ocean roar early mornings if the swell is big enough; lofted wood ceiling, hardwood floors, fireplace for cool evenings, mini-split for other times, the chef’s kitchen: (Viking range, All-Clad pans, Wüsthof knives), outdoor shower for washing off sand, parking for 2 cars.

Property is located on the quite top of the hill of Playa Del Rey Beach Community. Walking distance to the beach and bike/walking trail.
