Monthly Rentals in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles

Sara's place was just as described in the listing & pictures, perfect for my wife and I during our month-long visit. The suite is thoughtfully laid out with a useful kitchen (including dishwasher), comfortable living area with TV, in-unit washer & dryer, and even a small outdoor patio area. The location was quite accessible to local stores and restaurants and the 101 freeway. Sara was super responsive in all her communication, even bringing over some extra kitchen items for us to cook. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet (July does get toasty in SoCal.) Would definitely recommend both the space as well as Sara as a host!

Rit and Jennifer were absolutely incredible hosts and the property is amazing - clean, functional and 10 minutes from the beach. Will definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

Nicole was very responsive when we stayed there. There were a couple occasions I needed her attention and she was right on it and handled super fast. I really appreciated that! The location is very convenient. Tesla supercharger is one and a half blocks away. Restaurants, pharmacy, Target were all within a few minutes walk, yet the street was very quiet and lined with mature trees - beautiful surrounding. The apartment is very clean and stocked with all the things listed in the profile, and more. She even has blackout shades for the windows which is really nice. Tons of towels too and plenty of pillows of soft and firm. Very thoughtful! It is an older apartment so certain things are not as new, ie, plumbing fixtures. And the soundproofing is not as good so you could possibly hear sounds from the other apartments. But people are all very nice and Nicole is very helpful if/when it gets too much. Overall we really enjoyed our time in Santa Monica this summer. And Nicole is amazing!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rachel’s quaint and perfectly located gem. Rachel was also a fantastic host – extremely gracious, responsive and always available. We spent a month at her place, enjoying walks around the safe and charming neighborhood, while also frequenting the stores and restaurants on nearby Abbott Kinney. It was nice to be close to the beach without enduring the crowds, and close to nearby Marina del Rey and Santa Monica. The cooler temperature in Venice, along with the mild afternoon breeze and ceiling fans in her home were a welcome relief from a hotter weather around LA. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances and cooking utensils needed to prepare our meals at home. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Rachel!
