We would highly recommend it! Great friendliness and kindness from Lino who took great care of us. His little dog Penny was very welcoming and affectionate. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the high quality linens and bath towels, the provision of pool towels as well as the large covered parking. We were able to relax by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda. Ideally located, very close to the boat boarding dock to visit Sirmione in particular. We also recommend the Garda café for breakfast and the Mirabelle sushi restaurant with its roof top located a stone's throw away.

Very nice and modern apartment. Check-in was very easy. The apartment was clean and equipped with the most important things. Roberta is very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would come again.

Very cozy apartment, located in the historical center of the city. The owner is very pleasant and caring, told us in detail how to find an apartment. The apartment had coffee and tea and snacks and bottled water. The apartment has a hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, dishes and cutlery, towels.

A wonderful place to stay at; Andreas and Barbara were wonderful hosts, always to hand if you needed them-gardenswere well kept, and they were knowledgable about what was growing in their garden. They had a list of places that they recommended we visit along with restaurents they also would recommend. Lovely coffee to hand in the kitchen area; everything spotlessly sparklingly clean,- a real super place to have found on airbnb and yes we want to come back as there is so much more to see, and with the attentiveness of Barbara and Andreas and being so close to everywhere its an obvious choice to make. See you again Andreas and Barbara- you really are wonderful hosts :)

The property was spacious, clean and modern. It had all of the amenities you would need ans the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking if you’re staying over a long period. Would highly recommend!

The stay at Mirella was just perfect! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. Mirella is a very kind guest, always helpful and attentive. I felt right at home and would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Apartment is spacious, nicer than in the photos and clean. The room and bathroom are separated from the rest of the apartment with a door, so you have your privacy. The location of the apartment is just outside, but with a walk or the bus leaving in front of the door, the city center is easily accessible. The bus to Gardersee, for example, runs from the vicinity of the apartment. Nicola is super friendly and helpful.

Nice location near lake Garda, just few kms away from the expressway. Apartment equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Must stay.

nice apartment. with one closed bedroom having double bed and one single bed . a living room with complete kitchen. dishwasher and oven . a second open bedroom in the top floor with a single bed and study disk. and one bathroom with shower . the view from the big balcony is very nice of the lake and mountains . its recommended for 5 people maximum . we were 7 but we managed the one nigh stay utilizing the extra mattress available in the living room and top bedroom . clean and well equipped . the host is very supportive and fast responsive .

We had a wonderful stay! 🏡 The rooms were very clean ✨ and the hostess incredibly nice and warm 😊. We particularly enjoyed the Italian flair in the middle of the vineyards 🍇🇮🇹 simply fantastic! The view from the room was fantastic 🌄 and the location perfect: In a short time we were in Verona and Lake Garda🏞️. A real highlight was the romantic wine tasting with a picnic in the garden, 🍷🧺 unforgettably beautiful! We were traveling with a baby 👶 and everything was thought of: high chair, baby bed and children's cutlery - super practical! 👍 Thank you for the great time! 💛

Beautiful, clean apartment, which unfortunately is never taken for granted, a few steps from the station and the center. Luisa is an easy-going person who explained everything to us precisely. We'll be back.

Perfectly located but quiet location. The stairs were good exercise but there is also elevator. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and they were kind enough to leave some waters and other drinks in the fridge for us after we arrived from our long trip. The beds were comfy and we loved the little patio deck to sit out in the morning and have coffee. It was handy to have a washing machine and we were able to do a quick load before we left. We will definitely stay here again if they will have us when we come to visit our foreign exchange student and her mother.

Wow! A great apartment with beautiful lake view in a relaxed but busy town with plenty of high quality restaurants. the apartment had everything you could need and we were able to have breakfast and lunch in every day. we even could have cooked dinner but chose to eat out. Lovely pool area shared between only 5 or 6 apartments so very quiet and clean. We also had access to sun loungers. Parking space in garage was ideal. Lorena was a fantastic host with very quick responses. she even left a beautiful bottle of local wine. A great trip for my wife's 30 birthday - thank you!

Great accommodation but not much privacy with the other parties but nice pool and good view Difficult to reach for people who are in Italy for the first time

We felt at home from the very first moment! The apartment is not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped – we truly didn’t miss a thing. The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus for us. The garden and pool area are absolutely gorgeous – peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. A warm accommodation in its own peace, yet close to Desenzano. Buildings are old and picturesque, cozy, well cleaned. The best thing here was the people and the atmosphere of the host family. The accommodation included charming Italian breakfasts. The restaurant offers authentic Italian food, atmosphere and wonderful service for customers of all ages. Communication was smooth and we always got help with brainstorming as needed. In the yard, it was safe for children to move around, and at the same time, they could pet the cats and the dog.❤️ The nearby railway line is busy, which creates some noise. The sound insulation of the apartments is quite low, speech can be heard through the walls. For those who move well, the destination is suitable due to walking distances, when traveling with children, the car was handy and allowed movement along the lake coast and to shopping centers.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.

Very beautiful flat in a fantastic beautiful setting. A little off the beaten path in a quiet little village. It's a good idea to stay here if you're on a bike or car and want to explore Lake Garda and its surroundings. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment! The location is simply great – quiet, but still central enough to reach everything quickly. We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful pool, which invited us to relax. Lucia was incredibly friendly, helpful and always approachable – you immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
