Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus am Gardasee! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig gelegen, mit einem fantastischen Blick von der Dachterrasse auf den See. Man ist schnell am See ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuss. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den gepflegten Pool . Ob morgens zum Wachwerden oder abends zum Entspannen: Der Pool war für uns das Highlight der Anlage. Es waren 4 Sonnenliegen und 4 Stühle + Sonnenschirm für den privaten Aufenthalt bestimmt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, und auch sonst haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein kleiner Punkt, der Geschmacksache ist: Die Matratze war für unseren Rücken etwas zu weich, aber das ist natürlich individuell verschieden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Fragen gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank

La Grotta was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. It is close to Verona so, if you choose, you can go into the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Giulia und ihrer Familie! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Super ruhig gelegen, umgeben von ganz viel Natur, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Weinstreben. Wir durften den großen Garten mit nutzen - die Kinder waren glücklich und haben (ohne sich zu verstehen) toll zusammen gespielt. Die Lage ist großartig, man kann zu Fuß zum See oder in die Stadt hinuntergehen. Es gibt viele Restaurants, einen großen Markt und eine niedliche Innenstadt. Wir haben den Ort Bardolino wirklich sehr geliebt! Beim Check In waren wir total flexibel. Giulia hat uns die ganze Zeit über mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt und war für Fragen oder Anliegen ansprechbar. Es war rundum schön - wir planen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederzukommen! :)

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich ein kleines Juwel – unglaublich sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Im Kühlschrank warteten Wasser und Prosecco, dazu gab es ein kleines Willkommensset mit Schwamm, Tüchern und Pflegeartikeln – liebevoll verpackt und durchdacht. Alles war perfekt organisiert und beschriftet, sogar die Lichtschalter waren markiert. Es gab Extras wie zusätzliche Kissen und Decken, neue Handseife, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Zahnbürsten mit Zahnpasta, Shampoo, Duschgel und hübsch gerollte Handtücher auf dem Bett – einfach nur großartig! Auch die Lage ist ein Traum: Nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Lago di Garda, direkt vor der Tür ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen zu fairen Preisen, die Post mit Geldautomat in derselben Straße – alles schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit guter Qualität zu kleinen Preisen.

We had a wonderful stay in Desenzano del Garda! The apartment was even more spacious and spotless than we expected, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was great — just a short walk to the town centre, with the ferry port and train station within easy reach, and a supermarket literally around the corner. One of our favourite parts was the balcony - a perfect place to relax with a drink in the evening and watch the sunset. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!! Auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne!!! Es haben sich alles super wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Vielen lieben Dank! 💐

Die Unterkunft liegt wie oftmals erwähnt mitten in der Stadt und bietet eine lebendige Atmosphäre, da Geschäfte und Cafés / Restaurants sehr nah gelegen sind - dies bietet somit wunderbare Möglichkeiten, sich draußen aufzuhalten, auch ohne dass die Unterkunft selbst eine Möglichkeit hat, draußen zu sitzen. Man kann das trubelige Stadtleben somit voll und ganz miterleben. Für einen erholsameren Schlaf empfehle ich Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf oder „Nicht-Städtern“ jedoch Ohrstöpsel :) Alles, was man braucht, ist sorgfältig und durchdacht vorhanden. Auch wenn kein Fernseher vorhanden ist und der Handyempfang begrenzt sein kann, bietet das WLAN die Möglichkeit,mit einem (eigenen) Tablet oder Laptop auf Streaming-Dienste zuzugreifen. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich begrüßt und wir haben sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung bekommen. Ich bin der Vermieterin ebenfalls sehr dankbar für ihre hilfsbereite und entgegenkommende Art in einem Moment der Unachtsamkeit.

Alda & Mattea’s apartment in Lazise offers a truly spectacular view of the marina, without question the best view in the entire town. Waking up each morning to the charming harbour and blue water was magical. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the town, it is still peaceful to relax and soak in the beauty of Lake Garda. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Lazise, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, close to local restaurants and shops! A stones through from the lake. Apartment was as described and clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the small balcony in the apartment. Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the sun loungers and pool due to ground works. Overall great stay, would recommend Paolo’s apartment to anyone visiting Lake Garda!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Das Appartement selbst ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ist zwar oben in der dritten Etage, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Jeden Abend spielte ein Musiker im benachbarten Restaurant, das muss man mögen, uns störte das nicht, willkommene Unterhaltung auf dem Balkon sitzend...Man muss auch wissen, dass es keinen Stellplatz zur Wohnung gibt, man findet aber auch ausserhalb der von Stefano angegebenen Parkplätze viele (weiß markierte) Stellplätze in der näheren Umgebung, die sind oft umsonst. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.

Wonderful private place, with a large and private garden, and a great host. Would highly recommend it. Also, the house has been upgraded since the photos and it has an excellent WiFi. A perfect vacation house and a perfect vacation spot.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen huis met prachtige tuin. We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het mooie huis van Patrizia. Het is heel leuk ingericht met een fijn bed, mooie badkamer met een regendouche die het echt doet. Overal planten en verse bloemen. De tuin is prachtig met een fijn terras met zicht op het meer. Patrizia is een superaardige gastvrouw, die snel reageert. Het is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar Limone, het fijne is dat je kunt gaan als het rustiger is, want het is een prachtig dorp, maar best druk. Heel erg bedankt voor een heerlijke vakantie Patrizia!

Sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

L’hébergement est bien situé à proximité de grandes surfaces, à 20mn à pied du centre ville (départ de ferry bien pratique pour visiter), petit jardin pour prendre ses repas et apéro en extérieur, un logement fonctionnel pour 4, dont deux adolescents. Angelo est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo cottage ed eravamo due coppie. L’appartamento è ben diviso si compone dell’ingresso/soggiorno, un cucinino e due “ale” separate destinate a camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni privati, permettendo così agli ospiti di avere la propria privacy e la comodità dei doppi servizi igienici! Il giardino è meraviglioso! La vista sul lago lo rende magico. Il cottage è collocato in un quartiere residenziale silenzioso che dista solo 3 minuti dal Vittoriale. Esperienza fantastica e rigenerante! Super consigliato! Consiglierei solo di aggiungere una macchinetta del caffè italiano, perché c’è solo quella americana.

Es war rundum toll. Alles exakt wie auf den Fotos und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und Celestina antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder 👍🏻
