Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep, which is why you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop for lines 6 and 9 is 5 minutes = 180 m away. More details under Transportation.

Dieses stilvolle Loft befindet sich direkt in der Paderborner Innenstadt. Keine 50m entfernt befindet sich die Paderborner Fußgängerzone mit etlichen Geschäften, sowie Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Auto in ca . 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle in alle beliebigen Richtungen ( Uni/ Hauptbahnhof/ Stadion/ HNF usw. ) ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Uni ist aber auch fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist obwohl im Zentrum sehr ruhig.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the extension of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.
