Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Nicely equipped and comfortable Condo with the beach right out the back gate. Gated complex with pool, jacuzzi & BBQ areas. There are beautiful views of the sunsets over the bay. Watch the nightlife going on in the entertainment district across the island. There is limited beach view from the balcony off the Livingroom. The main view is of the Island and Bay.
