Breathe taking views in every direction, especially of the Vermillion Cliffs to the west from the back yard. Easy access to surrounding grocery markets, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes' drive. Beautiful 1 bedroom casita that sits next the the golf course and rim trail. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart tv, Great amenities! The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.

Michael is a great host. Very responsive. I asked if he has uno. If not, I can bring my own. Then when we got there, he had a brand new uno for us. The house is huge and has everything we need. And we love to sit outside to watch the star and enjoy the quiet night. The location is also very good. 18-25 minutes drive to most of activities and restaurants. And away from the crowds. Strongly recommend Michael’s property to everyone.

This home was our absolute favorite on our family trip out west! It was super close to everything on our bucket list in Page AZ and had plenty to do right at the home itself. We had a fully stocked kitchen, tons of games to play, and it was decorated beautifully. We felt right at home here. Our family loved hitting horseshoe bend, antelope canyon and our boat tour down the Colorado River. Between adventures, we enjoyed the sauna and hanging out in the backyard. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for an incredible adventure out west!

It was a little difficult for me to find, especially at dark, the signage from 89 is not clear. I arrived a little frazzled, and Adam was great not to take it personally and was helpful and generous getting me settled in. My room was comfortable and quiet, and I appreciated hanging out with Adam for a little while after my arrival.

We had an amazing time in Adams appartment. It was spacious, clean, freshly painted and the carpet was spotless. Adam is very accomodating and everything you might need is in the appartment or Adam will bring it. It was pretty cold weather but inside we could make it warm with (wall)heaters and a fire in the fire place. The appartment is close to a lot of stuff to see and do. The direct surroundings of the appartment are really quiet, but there are some neighbours that have a lot of old junk in their yards which make the area look a bit shabby. We however felt save in the appartment so we won't hesitate to go again if we are in the area. Thanks Adam!
