An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Tout était parfait. L'appartement de Jean Pierre était très agréable à y vivre. Jean Pierre répondait rapidement à nos questions. Ce fût un super séjour chez Jean Pierre, je le recommande fortement.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

" Le coups de coeur de nos vacances" Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Yves. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur la terasse le matin au soleil. La déco est chic et élégante et Jean-Yves nous a donné des recommandations dés notre arrivée. L'ascenseur et la place de parking sont un petit plus. Si vous êtes de passage dans le coins nous vous conseillons le petit resto Thaïlandais à 3 km. My thailand. Le curry vert y est succulent.

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

L'appartement de Katell est parfait pour un petit séjour au centre ville de Dinan, il est spacieux et très bien entretenu. La déco est très soignée et l'équipement parfait. Katell est une hôte attentive et réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un excellent séjour chez Philippe ! Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé . Philippe est un hôte réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Je recommande vivement !

Jacqueline est une super hôte, trés sympathique et arrangeante. Le logement correspond aux photos, tout est bien fait et pratique (mise à dispo de serviettes, mouchoirs, plaid). Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Le seul bémol serait que pour 10 personnes, 2 salles de bain (dont une dans la suite parentale) est un peu juste et le frigo un peu petit, mais quand on vient en famille on s'adapte et ça passe ! Nous retenons cette adresse pour une prochaine fois 😉 Merci encore pour tout Jacqueline, c'était super !!!!! 🤗

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé. et correspond au descriptif. Nous n'avons pas profité du jardin. Il y a le stade de foot juste a côté avec city park et skate Park pour bien s'amuser

très bel appartement, lumineux, bien équipé,, confortable, dans une belle résidence calme et sécurisée. centre ville accessible à pied en 10 mn. petit bémol pour l'arrivée, nous donner le code d'accès du parking nous aurait évité un stationnement gênant et dangereux dans la rue. nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Magali pendant quelques jours. Il était propre, bien équipé, et l’environnement était calme. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

L'appartement est très confortable, propre et au calme, nous y avons séjourné pour un week-end en famille et cela correspondait bien à la description. Maëlys s'est montrée très réactive aux messages, et les échanges étaient agréables et bienveillants.

Son appartement n'est pas comme il le dit avec humilité "bien équipé" mais parfaitement équipé. et quelle générosité : petit cadeau de bienvenue, tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer une vinaigrette, sachet neuf de dosettes senseo, éponges neuves, savonnettes neuves... bref, on peut se rendre chez Vincent sans rien prévoir ! Que du bonheur ! et l'emplacement est excellent ! Très calme, à 5 minutes à pied d'une promenade au bord de la baie de Conleau.
