Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Palaio Faliro

This was a fantastic find, right in the middle of kolonaki a very vibrant & safe area of Athens. The apt was fabulous, beautifully & tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. It is close to restaurants, bars, beautiful shops, cafes & bakery’s 👌 The host met us in person & showed us around the apt & provided any local information that we needed. She was also very responsive to messages. We will be back ❤️

We loved our stay! It’s in an amazing location and Robert was so friendly and responsive. Beds were comfy and we felt safe and secure. Highly recommend for an Athens stay!

The apartment is recommended, very clean and easy to reach from the airport. At the beginning of June it was also very warm at night (28 degrees) as it is not possible to run the air conditioning during the absence, cooling the apartment is not so easy. Maybe manage the keys separately. The bed with 140x200 for 2 people is ok for a week but very soft. The roof terrace is just great for relaxing.

Really nice airbnb and so big

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It’s a lovely large flat with all antique furniture and decorated with fine art, rugs, and decorative items mostly made of silver glass. It was very pleasant to spend the week here and we enjoyed the small balcony off the bedroom that looks out on an internal garden. The apartment doesn’t get much direct sunlight so we needed the lights on during the daytime, but there was plenty of lamps and overhead lighting so it wasnt dark. The bathroom is a large size and it also has a washer and tumble dryer. The down side was that the checkin was time consuming. I had to sign a sign a lease and an inventory of the items present. The inventory was 60+ items long and not all of it was straightforward to identify. Some items on the inventory were missing so I had to contact the host. She said I had been given the old inventory and to cross out the missing items. The inventory also declared everything was in perfect condition which I had to also cross out.

Exactly like the pictures! Clean and very modern! Everything as it should have been. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy near by but other than that I wasn’t a fan of the neighbourhood. Also couldn’t find parking at all which was so stressful so something to think about if you have a car. But that has nothing to do with the apartment itself which was great!

Ada’s place was perfect for our short visit to Athens. Completely walkable to all the destinations we wanted to see and very comfortable for us and our two teenagers. We would definitely stay at Ada’s apartment again if we find ourselves back in Athens!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. The arranged car service was so helpful and Miltos was an excellent host. He recommended so many amazing restaurants. The view from the terrace was spectacular and the location was right in the heart of Plakta, central to great restaurants and close to the Acropolis, which was helpful since it was really hot. Highly recommend!!

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Very attentive host, great place in the heart of Athens!

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

This accomodation was phenomenal. it was accurate to the pictures and an ideal location. after a busy day we felt like we were coming home.

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

Great place to stay just outside the city center! Perfect if you’re renting a car as we did to visit some places just outside of Athens, only to return for the evening to enjoy a beautiful view of the acropolis! We loved the spacious apartment that made us feel like we actually lived in Athens and Myrsini is just such an exceptional host, very generous with our check in time due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely perfect (cleanness, location, bedding quality, local recommendations, etc..) and we hope to return soon. Irene is very easy to communicate with and this cute place is well-stocked and close to everything you want to see and do in Athens. We had a fantastic stay!

Oresti’s place was wonderful. Extremely convenient and comfortable. The only complaint I can find is, as an American, having washcloths would have been nice and it took us a few minutes to find the cupboards with the dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends, family and clients

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!
