The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse den weitläufigen Garten genießen und dabei die Rehe in der Ferne beobachten während man die Pläne für den Tag macht, ob mit dem Fahrrad, oder dem Auto die Umgebung bietet eine üppige Auswahl an Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, für Naturliebhaber bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.
