Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. The finca is fully furnished with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) plus a fold-out couch, bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV. Delicious, rich breakfast with homemade jam. Come and relax in this unique cocoon open to nature. The Üte Z1 is spacious and comfortable for 2 people and pleasant for 4 people. With views of the wooded mountains and the very charming village of Saint-Quirin, with its priory, and the very charming chapel on the hill. We have implemented “firm” reservations in response to last-minute cancellations without cause, but we remain open to discussion in cases of force majeure.

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

Our Black Forest Lodge is located in the back of the property and was completed in August 2020. The house has an infrared sauna. We have lovingly furnished it with many great details. A place to relax. The property is located in a district of Bühl, very close to the spa town of Baden-Baden. Vacation in nature in the Palatinate

Our vacation home is located far away from noise and hustle and bustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Route. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
