The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a bed of 1.60 m) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will appreciate the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Apartment with small conservatory

The entrance leads past the tower on the left. Through the small conservatory you enter the apartment. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.

Lovingly extended holiday apartment with natural materials and wall heating, in a small quiet village close to the city Meisenheim, surrounded by lots of nature and forest. Our circus wagon, quietly located on the outskirts and in direct proximity to the vineyards. Ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxing - and if you want to learn about organic wine and horticulture, you are welcome. It is only 20 kilometers to France and in the surroundings many old castles invite you to discover, we gladly help with the planning.

Our barrier-free "holiday home with a dream view" on the Rhine plain stands on a 950 sqm large fenced hillside plot at 300 m altitude. It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße.
