A full kitchen with access to a terrace with barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini-pool to cool off. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the River La Muga.

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

Typical village house, completely renovated and equipped. Very welcoming and practical. You'll find a lot of peace of mind. It's a house with lots of light. It is located 5 minutes from all the services of the village (pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, ...). There's a 15-minute walk to the beaches. It is located in a very quiet and calm area of the village. No parking issue. You can park very close to the house. There is no wifi.

Alternatively it's a 2 minute drive to the beach or there's a bus service that stops just outside the property, which costs 1'5€. (from june to September 11th) The house is situated in a quiet area which is ideal for both couples and families.
