On the ground floor of the apartment, there is an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Near the apartment there is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and train station (700m).

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

And we can also offer a relaxation zone where you can visit the wellness bath tub, infrared sauna and play darts and more. From the bathtub you can watch movies on a 2.5m projector. Potential guests can be offered a tasting event in the wine cellar and soak up the atmosphere of wine cellars.

The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague.
