We had a wonderful stay here! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We were travelling with a 10 month old baby and we had all the things we needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is amazing! Also parking the car was easy and safe. The pool area was a cherry on top! We would like to come back one day.

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

The hosts are extremely friendly and accomodating. The apartment is amazing and equipped with everything someone's needs. The apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards, close to cozy towns. I am really happy for my staying and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and realzation or even for a working trip since there are desks and fast internet connection. Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - we even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we have found the best solution for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Nicola has definitely set the bar very high, from his communication to the cleanliness of the place. This has probably been the first place I’ve visited where I’ve not had to panic about something not being clean. The apartment itself was just like the pictures and in pristine condition. Surrounded by lovely scenic mountains and only a tram away from Bergamo centre. The tram and bus station are only a 5 minute walk away with connections to Bergamo central every 10-15 minutes. There is a lovely canal right outside, perfect for an evening walk. If you are planning a stay then hurry and book up here as I’m sure you will not be left disappointed. We spent three wonderful days at this beautiful house and truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts have created a lovely, well-kept garden and a thoughtfully designed interior with unique furniture. Although the house has three guest apartments, the layout is very well organized, so you barely notice other guests. Our apartment had a great terrace with a large table and a grill, perfect for relaxing meals. There is also a pool with a lounge area. The house is located just 10–15 minutes by car from the center of Brescia. We left with very warm memories — thank you!

A little slice of heaven on Lake Iseo! This apartment is a pure gem: very well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located near the ferry, and within a short stroll of great restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Camilla was very helpful and friendly- greeting us on arrival and helping us navigate the ferry schedule over Easter weekend. The views are as stunning as described by others- 3 balconies each with a different view- encompassing not only the lake but a medieval tower, stunning lakefront villa and gardens and a Roman church. We would give Lac du maison 10 stars if we could!

The place was clean and tidy. The train didn't run, so it was quiet on the rails. The walls are extremely clairaudient, you can hear the neighbors talking.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! With all the positive reviews, we wonder how it can be so perfect. And yet, the perfect word is not enough. Fabio is a golden person: he found me the best option to go to Varenna as there was no train; he sent me his driver because we missed our bus, he responds very quickly. For a trip, it's very important because you can rely on it. What can I say about his apartment: surely the most beautiful view of Lake Como... Thank you very much Mr. Fabio

Federico's apartment is in a perfect location in Bergamo - right beside great restaurants and many nice bars. It was wonderful to have such a beautiful sunny terrace. The apartment itself is a little smaller and darker than the photos suggest but it's still very comfortable and great value. I would stay here again.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Everything is brand new in the apartment. Martha was very helpful in explainjng everythjng upon check-in. The location is amazing, 5 mins walking distance from the Duomo.

Anyone travelling to Milan don’t stay anywhere else. This apartment was amazing for me and my mates we had a great time. Cleaner was round everyday to keep it spotless, location is in walking distance of everything, and the hosts were amazing!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.
