Holiday rentals with beach access in Palermo

Dream location! Just like the pictures. Great access to water all around. Francesca was super helpful with navigating parking options and recommendations in neighboring towns.

Salavatore's apartment is modern, clean and very nicely furnished. The roof terrace is a dream on one side, the mountains on the other side, you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The communication with Salvatore was perfect and the check in worked great. You could also arrive late in the evening as it works with a key box. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house, or a little below on the street. Various grocery stores and good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes on foot. All in all, we liked it very much in Cinisi. ☀️

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Flippo E Anna’s place is very nice. She and her husband are super hosts and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You can walk to the absolutely beautiful beach with fun restaurants/bars on the water in minutes. It is a really quick drive from Palermo airport too. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

The location was steps away from Mondello Beach and nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, and a grocery store/market. Francesco was extremely responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time in Mondello beach and Francesco helped coordinate transportation to when we landed in Palermo Airport. If we come back to Mondello Beach, we’d def book here again!

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the convenience store (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to come back!

This airbnb was amazing! The location near the bus stop with food and groceries nearby and amazing food spots right underneath, the view from the balcony was fantastic and right by the beach that’s a couple minutes walk, but the best part was how friendly Francesco was! He was very responsive and so friendly helping us with delays and some extra things we needed. A fantastic stay for an amazing island with extremely friendly people. I highly recommend!!!

Innecenzo and his sister were amazing ! So incredibly helpful and flexible with everything. Fantastic service ! The house was a home and everything was spotless. I highly recommend this property. You would need a car but again Case Playa can organise this aswell as transfers and taxi service. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing. Truly grateful and I will be in contact soon regarding another stay in Balastrate this year.

Amazing place, exceeded expectations

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. It was great to go to the sea in front of the house and watch the view from the balcony. Thank you very much to our host Paolo:)

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part, but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

Our stay with Vincenzo, his sister Carmen and Mama Concetta was just perfect all around! Already upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. With their valuable insider tips, they made our vacation something very special. Whether you have questions about the area, restaurant recommendations or small extra requests. The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed. We especially liked the great terrace with sea view and the proximity to the sea - in a few minutes you can walk to the clean sandy beach. Especially nice for families: there were even toys and sun protection for the beach. The air conditioning provided pleasant nights, and the secure parking directly at the apartment was very comfortable. There is a cozy café with delicious ice cream and a great restaurant nearby. We felt comfortable from the first moment - not least because of the warm hospitality of Vincenzo, Carmen and Mama Concetta. We will definitely come back! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

The airbnb was easy to find and access. The rooms were excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. 🙂

Beautiful complex of 10 rows of holiday cottages with a shared pool and sea view. The beach with some restaurants is beautiful and within a 5-minute walk. All the basics for self-catering were available. Communication was easy and there were also some tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. All in all great, we would come back :)

Santo was very warm and kind. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the center. Best location possible. I was also lucky enough to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

We had a wonderful 6 days in Julianne and Giuseppe's Airbnb. The apartment is clean, quiet and stays cool, which is very appreciable with the Sicilian heat. It is ideally located, close to beaches, shops and an excellent restaurant (thanks for the recommendations!). Julianne and Giuseppe were exemplary hosts: always available, caring, and very kind. They even offered to bring us things every time they went shopping. A perfect experience with amazing hosts!

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
