You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. With free Wi-Fi, Villa del Tindaro is located on the Santa Flavia waterfront. Accommodation with sea view and terrace. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a large living room, a kitchen, a dining area and 3 bathrooms . The villa has a washing machine, dishwasher and bathroom with bidet and shower and a bathroom with bathtub. A barbecue is also available.

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.

The blue and white cottage situates in a luxurious garden with orange, lemon trees and olives. There is a terrace and a path for the big pool (15m x 6m). It's between the sea and the mount: Sferracavallo - Mondello and Monte Gallo, natural reserve. The cottage is very well-stocked, with heating in winter and air conditioning.
