Upstairs we find two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa is 5 minutes from the renowned beach of Mondello and 10km from the center of Palermo.

The independent apartment is on the lower ground floor. The Villa has a large beautiful garden with pool to which you’ll have full access. It sits in a private residence in Mondello (beach 20 min walking, city 20 min by car). The Villa is great for unwinding in peace while reaching beach/city easily by car (rental recommended). The apartment has glass doors opening to a lower-floor terrace. It is part of the house of the owner, who lives there but you will hardly see, ensuring full privacy.
