What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

La casa di Maurizio è a dir poco splendida Penso che poche persone nella vita abitino in una casa così bella e di lusso La posizione senza macchina non è comoda, ma se si vuole trascorrere del tempo o delle vacanze in una zona splendida e in un una casa splendida questo è il posto giusto. Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen mit zwei Hunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad hatte man zu Viert auch ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders der eingezäunte Außenbereich und der private Pool haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht! Auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Die nächst größere Stadt Città di Castello (ca. 25min mit dem Auto) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben uns auch einmal mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub - vielen Dank Tiziano!

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

La casa hermosa, confortable, todos los servicios impecables, te hacen sentir muy bien recibido y como en casa. La atención de Barbara la dueña excelente, atenta a todo lo que se requiera y de maravilloso trato, buscando atender de la manera mas amable y especial posible.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Anwesen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über vieles für den täglichen Gebrach. Der riesige Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und auch das Haus hat einen sehr hohen Standard so, dass man auch den Regentag gut drinnen verbringen konnte Wir behalten diesen Aufenthalt und Andrea als sehr zuvorkommenden Gastegeber in sehr guter Erinnerung.

Das war eins der besten Airbnb in dem wir jemals waren! TOP!! Wir waren 8 erwachsene und 6 Kinder zwischen 1 und 11 Jahren. Die Außenanlage ist absolut Traumhaft, der Pool ist unfassbar schön! Das Wasser hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Eine kleine Ebene für die kleinen Kinder gibt es darin auch, sodass der Badespaß für jeden garantiert ist. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten um die Abende zu genießen. Für unseren Hund war es auch Perfekt! Das Grubdstück ist sehr groß aber soweit ich das gesehen habe vollständig umzäunt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar und haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Absolut zu empfehlen!!

Scrivo la recensione al proprietario Stefano, persona gentilissima, disponibile, cordiale. La casa gestita da lui e dalla moglie e’ pulitissima, non c’era un granello di polvere, dotata di tutto. Il posto è bellissimo, immerso nella natura dei boschi, ideale, per gli spazi a disposizione, per gruppi di amici e parenti, anche perché parecchio isolato. Alla agenzia immobiliare che se ne occupa, suggerisco di indicare agli ospiti la strada migliore da fare per raggiungere il bel casale di Stefano.

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We took full advantage of the pool, kitchen, laundry facilities, and suggestions from our hosts. This was a relaxing and beautiful environment for our family vacation. We were so close to many hill towns especially the nearest: Cortona. It was worth the splurge.

Oh Cortona, How I miss you! What lucky people we were to stay at Luigi’s place! The view, the view, the view! The pool is new and very beautiful . Luigi was extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The place was very private and spacious, yet only a 15 minute walk to Cortona. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and well maintained. I cannot recommend this place enough! Hope to go back someday. Grazie mille Luigi!❤️

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The yard was very spacious with a huge pool and beautiful surroundings which we could enjoy every day. The villa was plenty of room for 4 adults, two small children, and a dog. The kitchen and property was well stocked and Internet worked great (some were teleworking). The AC was wonderful to have during the summer heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. With a car you can easily take day trips to old towns like Assisi, Pergugia, Gubbio. We also enjoyed the frassasi caves. Our only regret was missing the summer festival in Morra by 1 day! A wonderful stay overall that we would recommend!

Can’t say enough about the views. Simply spectacular! The pool was pristine, the lounge chairs, umbrellas and pool towels all very nice. The villa was just as described and lovely. We six ladies were all comfortable and had plenty of space. We were there the last week in May and so we did not need the a/c. However screens for the bedroom windows would have been nice to cool the rooms off a bit in the evenings. Host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was private and peaceful. A beautiful property. Just a ten minute trip via car to Cortona city center.

The villa is exactly as stated and does not disappoint. Francesca is a Great Host and the owners stole my heart. We created a memorable experience with my family at Villa Luna and it will hold a special place in my heart. This is where dreams come true, family bond, and new friendships are made. "Dolce Far Niente" Ein absolut wunderbarer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken. Wir – und auch unser Hund – haben uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt, sowohl im Haus als auch im liebevoll angelegten Garten. Das Highlight war definitiv der Poolbereich – dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht und einfach die Ruhe und Sonne genossen 🌞. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind richtig traurig, schon wieder abreisen zu müssen, und hoffen sehr, dass wir eines Tages zurückkommen dürfen 🤩.

Dette er en sjelden perle for grupper som ønsker å tilbringe tid sammen og trenger et romslig hus, men som også ønsker seg rom med eget bad. Alle enheter har egne bad og AC, et stort pluss! Et velutstyrt kjøkken og stor spisestue er perfekt for store måltider for mange, enten inne eller i den vakre hagen. Der tennes det lys på kveldstid, og med mange sittegrupper og møbler er det god plass. På dagtid var bassengområdet flittig brukt, og vi tilbrakte mye tid på eiendommen selv om vi kunne besøkt andre steder. Cortona by på toppen av åsen er fantastisk vakker og under 2 km unna, men på varme dager er det godt å kjøre opp de bratte bakkene. Man bør ha leiebil her, ikke så enkelt å gå til butikker. Claudia er en utrolig flink vert som vi fikk veldig gode råd fra underveis i oppholdet vårt. Hun er en fremragende kokk, som en kveld lagde et festmåltid til oss på bestilling. Dette stedet har sjel og er helt spesielt. Vi planlegger allerede å dra tilbake.

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !
