Susan is a wonderful hostess! She communicates well and promptly. Cottage was clean and neat, and felt like home. Great home base for excursions around the Brevard area. Easy access to downtown Cocoa, and the beaches.

This place is AMAZING!!!! It's more of a secluded area of the beach. We saw many sea turtles swimming and then saw 3 of them nesting! Be careful of the noseeums!! We got eating up.

The most beautiful peaceful place inside & out, private & a great view! The host was very personable and friendly. Definitely will be staying again!

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this historic riverfront home in Melbourne, FL! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from everything, yet peaceful and private with the most stunning water views. The constant breeze off the river made the whole experience feel like a dream. We celebrated Father’s Day outdoors, and the backyard space was perfect—plenty of room, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxing and making memories. The home itself has so much character and charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, scenic getaway with easy access to all that Melbourne has to offer! THANK YOU! We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

Super great place to stay - very clean & homely. The house had plenty of beach/poolside supplies, super short walk to the beach & very private.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week while in town tending to my father's affairs, and we would definitely stay here again. The place is very convenient and well kept. The Internet is fast, and it's more than sufficient for streaming, watching online content, or attending Zoom meetings if you need to get some work done while there. The house is well kept, and has a lovely outdoor area with a playground for your children, as well as a grill where you can do some outdoor cooking if you're so inclined. If you don't want to cook for yourself, the property is within walking distance (about 1/2 - 3/4 mile) to all of the restaurants in the Cocoa Village area. There is a variety of food choices available there for connoisseurs of food and fine wine. Lastly, if the beach is your thing, it is only a short drive to the sunny shores of Cocoa Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

We have stayed several times at this location. It has felt like our little spot to go in the summer. It’s very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Julian is always responsive to any issues. He is friendly and we enjoyed staying at dolphin Bay.

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….
