There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. Our stay was very relaxing. This place is two minutes away from the beach! The best part was the porch where you could sit for hours to enjoy the cool breeze, loved it. Unfortunately there was construction going on in the area most of the days so make sure to look at the host's description before you book it. I missed it. Despite the morning noise, the place was a gem.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to get away for a weekend. This is one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in.. Stan is great easy to follow instruction, not one issue. The condo is even better than the pictures, it is well decorated and stocked with any essentials you need. Most of all it is very clean. I worried a bit about possible noise from the businesses around but it was not an issue at all, it was very quiet. The beach is just a block away and absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Just a short ride to the historical area if you want to venture out but don’t need to drive anywhere as there is a coffee shop and restaurants within a block. Just an awesome place to stay. We will surely return for another stay. Thank you for an awesome enjoyable getaway!!

The house is comfortable. 8 adults stayed here and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the bar area and coffee bar. The pool was fun. We used the wagon and beach towels. Linens were nice and beds comfortable.

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

A gem. The place was as listed and more. So clean and had everything you would need. Great location and quiet. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were really responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

Had a great stay at Nicole’s place on the beach! It was a great location, and I love that it even featured beach towels in addition to plenty of bath towels, as well as some beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys! Such quick and easy access to the beach and a pool was great for our family with young kids and we could enjoy as much laidback time on the beach at this condo as we wanted. We so appreciated her personal recommendations for some of the best local eateries, we definitely tried several of them! Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. I highly recommend Nicole’s place in Jacksonville! Would love to come back sometime!

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

Loved the place everything you need is there very comfortable beds big TVs thought that was a balcony to sit on more like a hallway other than that everything was five stars but the inside makes us up for it so it was a wonderful place! Will stay again!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

What’s great place. Location views and comfort. Also the touches they did with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys. Beach towels eveything you need in a kitchen but some welcome extras.
