The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

If you decide to come to Ca' Mea , you will find yourself in a small but cozy apartment on the main street of the village, the Carugio , with bars, pizzerias, ice cream parlours and shops.From the window overlooking the sea you can enjoy the view of Palmaria Island and the marina. A short walk away gives you a chance to take a bath, and in five minutes you arrive at the ferry boarding for the Five Lands. If you choose A Cà Mea, you only need two steps to enter!........................

At the gates of the 5 Terre, out of the confusion of the town center. From our apartment you can enjoy the immensity of the sea and breathtaking sunsets. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

The terrace overlooking the sea🌊is a small apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather👴🏻, located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

This villa with a secret garden in the famous Monterosso al Mare was built to be enjoyed with families and friends. Hidden in the quiet area of Fegina, "La Rana" villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre, but with immediate access to everything this UNESCO World Heritage site has to offer. This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.
